The World Peace Pagoda in Pokhara Nepal is painted a brilliant white. Sitting atop a green hill above lake Phewa Tal in front of the Annapruna mountains it's an impressive sight. Check out this photograph of the world peace pagoda.
You can visit the pagoda by either taking a boat across the lake and hiking up a steep forested hill. Take a car up the newly constructed road to near the very top. Or, by taking a bus to the bottom of the hill and following a stone pathway to the pagoda.
